We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT End User Support Engineer to join the team. Reporting to the IT Support Team Leader, you will work with other members of the team to support the business and to provide additional capability across the technologies in use.
The role is being created as a result of the rapid expansion of MTC across differing geographical locations . The purpose of this role will be to deliver front line technical support and offer excellent customer service to end users. You will be able and willing to troubleshoot hardware and software end user issues, in a logical method.
Your day to day duties will include:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a support/operations team and as such will have a good understanding of the focus of the IT strategy and this role in the team along with the challenges on site. You will have the ability to work and prioritise the tickets that are created across MTC business. A good team player, you will be able to develop good relationships with colleagues to deliver a positive support experience for end users.
Due to the nature of the role, it is essential that you have a full clean driving licence and the ability to travel to other MTC sites occasionally on short notice
