Our business graduates are the future leaders of our organisation. Many of our current leaders started in our renowned graduate programme. Our business functions form the core of MTC, driving us to the forefront of UK manufacturing. This two-year program, with 6-month rotations, equips you with the experience, knowledge, and skills to become future leaders and technical specialists. You'll work on live projects alongside industry experts, learning how to build a successful, rewarding career.
