Xerini Limited is a pioneering British technology consultancy specialising in helping companies scale by enabling them to do more with less through the use of smart technology. This can incorporate AI, or sometimes it's as straightforward as streamlining, rationalising, visualising, and connecting data. Leveraging their flagship platform, Xefr, they enable companies to unify fragmented data, automate processes, and maximise the value of their existing IT investments. With a proven track record of transforming data into actionable insights for clients across various industries, Xerini is dedicated to driving efficiency, growth, and profitability.

We are thrilled to join the Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC) as a member. This partnership aligns perfectly with our commitment to leveraging cutting-edge technology and AI to solve complex business challenges. We look forward to collaborating with MTC's esteemed network to drive innovation and enhance productivity across the manufacturing and construction sector.
Jonathan Williams, Partner, Xerini Limited

Xerini has previously collaborated with MTC on the DMA "Factory In A Box" project, where MTC developed a deep learning model to detect defects in 3D printed objects. This innovative solution was hosted on their flagship data platform, Xefr, ensuring seamless integration and efficient defect detection processes. The collaboration with MTC has demonstrated the transformative potential of AI in manufacturing.

In the DMA project, Xerini have demonstrated how Vision Systems and AI can be used to increase the efficiency of critical quality inspection tasks, driving down costs associated with defective parts. Having Xerini join the MTC as members is very exciting, particularly as AI continues to positively impact the manufacturing industry. I am looking forward to furthering our collaborative efforts and supporting the adoption of industrial AI applications together.
