Patrick Roxbee Cox

Patrick joined the MTC in 2021 with 25 years’ experience leading IT functions in international Engineering and Manufacturing businesses.
The majority of that time was spent in the automotive industry, first with Ford Europe and then General Motors Europe. Patrick led IT teams supporting Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales and Service functions. During this time he managed the integration of the Saab and Daewoo acquisitions; oversaw expansion of operations to Eastern Europe and Russia; coordinated the insourcing of all IT services in GM Europe; and held the role of CIO for GM UK and Ireland for 3 years.
In 2015 Patrick joined the multinational engineer-to-order business IMI plc as Divisional CIO, and in 2018 moved to Office Depot Europe, where as CIO he led a major transformation of the online office supplies distributor.
Patrick has Masters degrees in Engineering from Oxford University and Computer Integrated Manufacturing from Cranfield University.
