Yazan

Dr Yazan Qarout is a Senior Research Engineer in the Informatics team at the MTC, with a PhD in data science and machine learning. He is the lead for the business’s AI roadmap strategy, driving adoption of AI innovation into UK manufacturing.  He also leads the MTC’s research and development activities for Trustworthy AI, creating frameworks, standards and demonstrators to help encourage AI adoption in manufacturing. As a direct product of these activities, Yazan owns the MTC’s AI testing and validation service, supporting UK industry with validating their AI solutions against best practice AI standards.
